Pinvoi is operated by Z. Galili, trading as Pinvoi, based in the Netherlands. References to “Pinvoi”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean this operator.

By creating an account or using Pinvoi after these Terms are presented to you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

These Terms apply to the current free beta. Paid features are not covered and will require updated terms before they become available.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pinvoi. A user aged 13 to 15 may use the service only through an account created, accepted, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian is responsible for supervising that use.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and sign-in methods, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts in a misleading or unlawful way.

Pinvoi is an evolving beta. Features, supported sources, extraction quality, availability, limits, and saved-data behavior may change as we test and improve the service. We may fix, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features.

We will take reasonable care when making material changes, but we do not promise that the beta will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

You may submit publicly accessible links and material that you are permitted to access and use. Do not use Pinvoi to bypass paywalls, access controls, privacy settings, or other technical restrictions.

You give us limited permission to retrieve, process, structure, store, and display submitted material only as needed to provide and improve the service for you. You remain responsible for the links and material you submit.

We try to preserve the original source, platform, and creator context. The original website or social platform remains responsible for its content and may apply its own terms.

Pinvoi uses automated tools and artificial intelligence to identify, extract, organize, and sometimes infer place information. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or different from the original source.

Names, addresses, coordinates, categories, descriptions, opening information, and other details should be checked against the original source or an authoritative provider before travel. Pinvoi is not a navigation, emergency, safety, legal, or professional travel service.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where law permits it;
• misrepresent AI output as verified professional information; or
• use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or cost.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, Pinvoi, or the lawful and secure operation of the service.

We or our licensors own the Pinvoi name, branding, software, interface, original copy, and original visual assets. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Place sources, creator names, trademarks, images, maps, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Pinvoi is not endorsed by the websites or social platforms from which you import places.

If you send feedback, corrections, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to operate and improve Pinvoi without payment or an obligation to implement them. This does not transfer ownership of material already yours.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and how to request account deletion.

Pinvoi depends on service providers and links to third-party websites, maps, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, routes, opening hours, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.

We provide the free beta with reasonable care and skill, but on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every place will import correctly or that every output will be complete, accurate, safe, accessible, open, or suitable for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party content or services, or loss caused by relying on an output without carrying out reasonable checks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable.

You may stop using Pinvoi at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, follow the process in the Privacy Policy.

We may end or restrict access for a serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, security risk, or where operating the service is no longer reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your country continue to apply where they cannot be waived.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms do not prevent you from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will update the effective date and version and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after updated Terms are presented means they apply from their effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
